India is the world’s largest democracy; home to a “transitional society” that
by many accounts is the most diverse on earth, this matches the cultural and
ideological diversity of the nation.
The spirit of India is expressed year-round in festivals as diverse as the
country’s landscapes and as lively as its people. This series is an attempt to
capture the colourful, lively, vibrant and electric country that India is, a visual
treat to the eyes.
