Our shipping partner is First Flight. If there is any difficulty for artists to send their paintings to our gallery, we can enlist their services for the same.
Incase, there is any delay in the shipping, you can contact them or us with regards to the delivery date.
Please keep the painting at room temperature and do not expose it to extreme weather. Do not store the painting in an exceptionally hot storage place.
Do not wipe the painting with a wet cloth or wet sponge etc. or a dry cloth.
Keep the painting away from children.
Keep away from fire.
Notification of intention of returning should be given in seven days. We will then discuss the cause of returning it. Once the cause is justified by all parties, then the return is initiated with our courier partner collecting the painting from your location.
Once the painting is returned, we award you store credit with which there can be alternate purchase made. Till date, there hasn’t been an intention of returning an artwork from the client after a purchase.
